Are your tools clean?
Yes — sterilised tools and a fresh file for every client, opened in front of you. Hygiene is the first thing we invest in.
Is the salon really ladies only?
Yes. Ela is 100% ladies only. Every nail artist and staff member is a woman, and no one can see inside — so you’re completely comfortable.
Do you speak Arabic?
Yes. Our team speaks Arabic and English. Book and chat in whichever you like — you can message us in Arabic on WhatsApp any time.
Can you copy a design from a photo?
Usually yes — send it on WhatsApp before you come and we’ll tell you honestly if it works for your nail length and shape, and what it costs.
Gel or acrylic — which is better for me?
It depends on your natural nails and how you use your hands. We look at your nails first and recommend what will actually last — not just what’s trending.
How long does a set take?
A gel manicure is usually about an hour. Extensions with art take 1.5–2.5 hours depending on the design. We give you a time at the consultation — we never rush.
How long will my nails last?
Gel polish typically lasts 2–3 weeks; extensions 3–4 weeks before an infill. We tell you exactly how to care for your set before you leave.
